Q: Will I receive a proof prior to my order being put into production?
A: Yes, all orders will receive a PDF proof that much be approved via email before your production time starts.

Q: I have special artwork that I need to put on my keychain - is there a charge for that?
A: Included in the $45 setup fee your logo may be imprinted on your keychain.

Q: What formats do you access for artwork?
A: PDF, AI, EPS.  All formats must be vector format.  If you are not sure what Vector format is please email our art department and we will help you.

Q: Do you offer free virtual proofs?
